Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return authorization to return your items in exactly the way in which they were received. Requests for a return authorization must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please email us at info@elizabethfew.com with your request. Upon approval, and receipt of returned items, we will then refund the purchase price of your item, minus the shipping charges. Please provide us with a tracking number via email to info@elizabethfew.com. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
